Made from 100% Bacchus, this wine has an exuberant bouquet of pinapple and mango, and a touch of fresh bay leaf. This wine shows Bacchus’ incredible aromatic charm. It has a dry, crisp refreshing wine, perfect as a chilled aperitif or accompany seafood. Perfect temperature for serving is 8 deg C. Alcohol is 13%.

This Bacchus is a brand new limited release from our 2020 harvest which only has 500 bottles available. 90% Bacchus and 10% Schonburger, this wine is fresh and crisp. Intense citrus, green and tropical fruit, light grassy nose with hints of fresh basil leaf. Dry on the palate with beautiful texture and refreshing acidity. Perfect temperature for serving is 8 deg C.
