Comprising of Bacchus and Schonburger and very lightly oaked (20% in barrel). This wine shows a more subtle and nuanced side to Bacchus. It has a harmonious bouquet of white peach and jasmine, with a light herbal verbena edge. On the palate it is fresh and crisp, with partial barrel and malolactic fermentation giving added texture and depth, ultimately delivering a long mineral finish.
