This Bacchus is a brand new limited release from our 2021 harvest which only has 1,000 bottles available and just won a Silver Award as part of the 2022 Wine GB Awards. 87% Bacchus and 13% Schonburger, this wine has an expressive nose of pink grapefruit zest, hawthorn blossom and white peach. The palate is well balanced, with some added richness from extended ageing on lees in tank, with flavours of orchard fruits and ripe pear. The finish is clean, refreshing and crisp. Perfect temperature for serving is 8 deg C.
