Trade Terms Bow-in-the-Cloud Vineyard may offer trade terms to customers as follows; the initial order and any number of subsequent orders are to be paid for in full at point of order or physical delivery of the goods. Where agreed a credit period of no more than 30 days may be offered to customers. All goods supplied remain the property of the vineyard until cleared funds have reached the vineyard bank account. Where payment is delayed beyond 30 days for no good reason Bow-in-the-Cloud Vineyard will charge the Statutory Interest Rate on amounts outstanding.

Guarantees: Bow-in-the-Cloud Vineyard will ensure best endeavours so that the wines will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their general purpose. If the wine is not stored in appropriate conditions after purchase it is likely that the wine will not be of satisfactory quality we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the wine should the storage of the wine be established as not suitable.

Other than as stated elsewhere within the terms and conditions of the website, all guarantees conditions, terms and undertakings, expressed or implied, whether by statute, common law, custom, trade usage, course of dealings or otherwise, in respect of the goods and services provided by us hereunder and hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law, nothing in this agreement shall affect, exclude or limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

Age Restriction: You must provide a Date of Birth to show that you are aged 18 years old or over to purchase alcohol and will be required to provide proof of this upon receipt of goods.
